Purveyors’ Improvement Co is a collective of craft trades who obsess over the fine details of original architecture throughout Minneapolis, Saint Paul and beyond. We are dedicated to revering the original craftspeople who built these historical structures by highlighting and preserving their handiwork while finding creative and contemporary ways to incorporate modern functionality into the classic home. We approach design and execution from a client and budget conscious perspective. We think design and appropriate updates to a home should be approachable and realistic and we work hard to make sure we never sway from that philosophy. We prioritize projects from existing Rare Form Properties clients, however we now also offer our services to new clients beyond our existing roster!
