The upper bath is freshly restored with refinished birch hardwoods and a coordinated paper and paint scheme. The preexisting original birch was covered in layers of linoleum that our trades deleted prior to restoration
The same recipe was applied to her easterly porch, which had linoleum tiles and thick paper backer glued over original Douglas fir that was 4 stage sanded to bring it a brilliant grain pop- followed by matte waterborne finish.
we’re extremely thrilled with this original kitchen, base cabinets, an inset panel dishwasher, and playful amaranth violet tiles finish this period-correct cooks kitchen.
the original washroom once served a family of six! It’s been renewed with original hardwoods restored, a vintage pedestal sourced by improvement co in period spec, birch vanity restored, and finished with a plaid paper and floral porcelain sconce.
