Zunich’s Planes, Trains, Automobiles to their 1930 legacy Tudor

The house is a machine for living, ours are individually numbered.
— Le Corbusier & Rare Form

Zunich’s Pearl Park Spanish tudor. A 60 year steward estate that was kept absolutely original by the 2nd owners since 1962, this is a top 3 historic opportunity of 2021 market.

Permitted in 1929 & completed in 1930. This capsule is set on one the-largest-parcels we have seen in creekshed to date, a true fairway green with a side lot scale that is equal to most Nokomis lots.

The Zunich’s are architectural seekers with a storied history of developing their primary residences. Their decisive victory was the culmination of a real estate climb from a bungalow in Linden 💅 Hills, followed by a revival in Mac🍀Grove, which both were outgrown by the wild 🏒 Zunich brothers.

Their search began out of common area necessity, & after witnessing their first two projects, our aim was to secure a more stoic footprint for their prowess as visionaries. The experience & adventurous drive demanded a greater level of existing opulence (new word)  for their next chapter.

Pearl park is a sleeper that purveyors have been whispering about since 2010.  This park-shore setting is unicorn 🦄 status for scale and curb facade of dashed stucco under clay tile.

The bidding war was intense, we beat 5-6 parties with a deeper understanding of the potential for the property and the intrinsic value of her intact original baths and kitchen, the scale of the tudor and her Greenspace was remarkable upon physically viewing.

The Zunichs landed the deed by a true nose hair, & they’re aversion to short term risk turned into a reward of legacies magnitude.

Swift work has already began; irrigation 💦 to the large Greenspace by William Dean & the green ⛳️ , hardwood revival throughout, and enamel and painting the mint plaster on the upper two floors.

Per our guidance, the Zune’s are planning to slow roll this project’s planning phase over the next year before breaking into architecture drafting to determine her forever course.

This is a story that will receive much follow up as these two reimagine this 7 decade estate.  After initial move in; they have been pleasantly surprised by the usability of the original shaker kitchen, the winter Diy plan encompasses an enamel revival of the mustard 🌭 yellow cabinetry.

Congrats 🎺 Erin & Jory, thanks for your trust, watching your journey has been truly uplifting for many aspiring revivalists, this what buying in rare form is all about 🎬
