Duplex Manifesto: Luther's 1928 MLK Bungalow

Duplex Manifesto: Luther's 1928 MLK Bungalow

Set to close this October, Luther showed the poise of a savvy war general, patience paid off as he landed this Kingfield Duplex one block from Martin Luther King Park.   As a first time home buyer, emotions often take over, we urged Luther to stick to his guns and wait out the seller's approval on his offer, three weeks of waiting and the seller folded his hand! Buildings like this one become tremendous financial assets for the buyer:  allowing immediate rental income to offset the cost of home ownership, and securing a rental property in areas as hot as Kingfield is priceless.  This building is walking distance to four amazing retail corners, and steps the park for tennis, softball, and basketball via the MLK sport court.

Building was impeccable maintained and Luther has plans for renovations throughout the upper unit.   However the lower unit is available immediately this fall, and photos below detail its timeless condition.
